TCL 55DP660 stuck at the boot

Hello, apologize for writing in English, I bought in 2019 a TCL 55DP660 here in Poland and suddenly after switching it on it's stuck at the TCL logo, looked for the firmware but nothing is available on TCL website, does anyone have handy the latest available firmware, wielkie dzięki

Did you do a hard reset?

@kiki Yes but didn't worked, whatever found a .pkg on https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...v-remains-on-booting-animation.4064257/page-2 and I was able to hard reset reinstalling the firmware.

after contacting TCL Poland it seems that there is no available firmware, pretty sure that at least 2 years ago there was something available on TCL.eu
