Downgraded TV from v519 to v511 and Network update has found something. Keeps rotating squares and looks like it's downloading something. Will keep you updated... EDIT: No need to update!!! As usual.....

No idea yet. OTA pushing is not good. It would work better if they push OTA, but also give link for those who know how to update. In my regard I never got OTA on my set, even when my TV was on Android 6, and 7 was available on the website. So probably OTA is not working properly with TCL brand.
