55DC760 random reboots
Zdravím polské sousedy na největším TCL fóru co jsem našel z Čech!
I bought this TV TCL 55DC760 on Alza.cz. It looks good, Android is fast enought, sideloading apps works, JBL sound is good, I'd like to hear more bass from sound bar.
But I found major problem. TV is randomly rebooting when switching channels with HbbTV enabled. Only if you switch like 10 channels, reboot occurs. Sometimes also TV stops responding and restarts. Everything else is stable, streaming, wathing channels, but when I start switching fast between more channels or list in EPG it reboots. With HbbTV disabled, it seem stable for now, switching is ok. HbbTV is also disabled if you don't accept sharing personal data on initial settup. You can enable it manualy in menu: System > Advanced > HbbTv.
It's not HW problem. I had same TV already, but it had defect on screen so I returned it. This is my second one and rebooting is still here. Also somebody else is mentioning random reboots on Alza reviews. I've send emails to TCL support and I'm waiting for response.
Has anyone run into the same problem? I'm thinking about returning it again and buying Hisense H55U7A and Xiaomi Mi Box instead.

Software: V8-T658T01-LF1V479
TV+ OS: V5.0.0 (V8-1808141-MF1V500)
Version after official update from TCL support to beta v500 (not from this forum):
Software: V8-T658T01-LF1V500
TV+ OS: V5.0.0 (V8-1810311-MF1V500)
I've successfully updated to version v500 but problem is still present, it’s maybe even worse on UPC DVBT cable broadcasting. Only few channel switches with HbbTV on and TV shows: "No channels, please scan..." and reboots.
On classic DVBT/T2 broadcasting in Prague over external antena, problem occurs after longer time of switching channels, but is still there - Logo of HbbTV notice (press Red button for HbbTV) of channel "Nova" gets stuck on display even if I'm watching different channel and HbbTV stops working.
Also tip from support, how to get to service menu:
Press the Settings button (cogwheel) in the remote control:
Press OK on the icon: Picture.
Then go to the line Advanced settings.
Scroll down to the line: contrast.
With the remote control, do the key sequence: 6 4 2 5
After update:
Go to the line “reset all” and press OK.
Go to the line “reset shop” and press OK. (this does Factory reset - I think It's unnecessary, It's already done after update)

Od kilku tygodni jestem użytkownikiem modelu TCL 65DC760 i ogólnie spełnił moje oczekiwania. TV od KIKI'ego otrzymałem już zaktualizowany o Android 8 do wersji oprogramowania 543.
Korzystam z tunera Vectry oraz z Netflixa. Dźwięk 5,1 realizuje amplitunerem Philipsa starczej generacji podłączonego kablem optycznym. Netflix działa rewelacyjnie jeśli chodzi o obraz jak i dźwięk 5,1.
Tak samo Vectra. Jeśli jest dostępna na danym kanale ścieżka dźwięku przestrzennego to HDMI do TV a następnie optykiem do amplitunera jest bezproblemowo przesyłana.
Nie udało mi się natomiast uzyskać dźwięku przestrzennego z Youtube.
Czy ktoś ma jakiś sprawdzony patent?
Próbowałem z powodzeniem przez KODI ale wtyczka którą znalazłem ogranicza rozdzielczość obrazu do 720.

To nie ma w nim funkcji "natychmiastowe włączenie", takiej jak np. w EC780?

Tak jak opisałem wcześniej na forum, mam problem z uruchamianiem się korektora dźwięku, przy każdym uruchamianiu TV muszę klikać na nastawę ponownie. Rozmawiałem już na ten temat z twoim kolegą Kiki i wyszło na to że problem jednak leży w sofcie, także dzięki za kontakt i pomoc

U mnie z pamięcią ustawień dźwięku na głośnikach TV jest podobnie, oprogramowanie v_543.
Natomiast wraz z nową aktualizacją oprogramowania bardziej by mi zależało nad lepszą współpracą telewizora z YouTube i uzyskania dźwięku przestrzennego na amplituner. Z Netflixem czy z Kodi nie ma problemu a z YouTube tylko stereo.
Przed premierą tego modelu w kilku artykułach prasowych zachwalano możliwość wykorzystania soundbara jako głośnika bluetooth dla innych urządzeń, niestety nie udało mi się tego w żaden sposób potwierdzić w rzeczywistości. Ktoś coś?
